Measure around the narrowest part of your torso — typically just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Low Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Women: ~4" below natural waist. Men: ~7–9" below natural waist.

Bust (Bralettes)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Wear a non-padded bra for best results.

Under Bust / Band

Measure directly under your bust, around your ribcage. The tape should be firm and level. This is your band size.
